Part of the surprise from the last VocaFusion: Achira no Akaboshi concert was a sweet revelation from our friends at Oh-No Manga. And we’ve got the inside scoop!
One of Oh-No Manga’s standing tarp banners revealed that Oh-No Manga’s Cosplay Camp 2 will be coming this July 2013. Together with the return of the 8-foot Gundam Unicorn statue (present in the first Cosplay Camp at SM North EDSA Skydome), a new high rise mecha will join the event: a towering 18 ft. MSN-06S Sinanju. We’ve personally approached Oh-No Manga for comment, and said that the Sinanju is a work in progress, with a smaller scale prototype being completed at the time of this post’s writing.
Oh-No Manga has also indicated two more surprises for the attendees, those of which we cannot reveal or divulge at the moment (It will spoil the fun y’know).
Exact date and venue have not yet been established, but we’ve been told that the Oh-No Manga team is working on updating everyone about the event before the 1st quarter of 2013 ends.
UPDATE: Oh-No Manga’s Facebook page has posted this teaser image, revealing the date to be July 7, at the SMX Convention Center Hall 1.
Otakultura will be a co-organizer of this event, and will be working closely with Oh-No Manga to make Cosplay Camp 2 bigger and better than before!
