fortissimo// Akkord: Bsusvier News and Updates
From the makers of “True Tears” (1995), which was adapted into an anime on 2008 by the same name, La’cryma presents their next major visual novel project: “fortissimo//Akkord:Bsusvier”.
The story revolves around Reiji a typical and more or less normal student in an island province south of Japan. His life then came sucked into a spiraling chaos when he learns that he was actually the thirteenth of magical summoners who came together to the island in a fierce battle for survival. With zero knowledge in the magical arts and no past experience in fighting, he has to rely on his allies and his own high adaptability in combat to survive.
La’cryma boasts that fortissimo will engage in a compelling story that focuses on human action drama, with character driven story-lines and character specific sub-plots that many people will enjoy. Each of the thirteen magical summoners have their own reasons and motives, either to protect something or to attain a wish.
The opening music track, “fortissimo-the ultimate crisis-” will be sung by techno pop group, fripside. Their music were used in two of the opening tracks of “A Certain Scientific Railgun”; namely “only my railgun” and “LEVEL5-judgelight-”. In a recent publication of Comptiq magazine, Yousei Teikoku, famous for the original sound track, Baptize, for “Seikon no Qwaser” anime, will also feature an upcoming track for fortissimo.
fortissimo//Akkord:Bsusvier will be out on September 30, 2010.

It is a game of conversations. Fights are described in words.
