The second season of Genshiken, aptly named Genshiken Nidaime, officially announced the voice actor cast recently.
Simultaneous with the announcement comes a release of the new PV featuring the new voices for some of the key characters, such as Ogiue Chika.
The second season of Genshiken will continue the misadventures of “The Society for the Study of Modern Visual Culture,” an otaku club formed by college students.
Yamamoto Nozomi will replace Mizuhashi Kaori for the role of Oguie Chika. Yukana will replace Kawasumi Ayako as Kanako Ono’s seiyuu. Fukuyama Jun will replace Ishida Akira for Kuchiki Manabu’s voice. And Ozora Naomi will take the role of Susanna Hopkins, replacing Goto Yuko.
