San Diego Comic Con 2012 was full of surprises. Activision, most especially, gave comicbook fans this lovely reveal involving the merc with a mouth.
Activision showed this short trailer of their upcoming Marvel game, Deadpool! From the trailer itself, it looks like Deadpool’s trademark breaking the fourth wall, sexual innuendos, and comedic yet violent combat will be the game’s main highlight. Pre-orders have not yet been announced. However, the release date is confirmed to be 2013. Given the flying heads and blood splatters, the game is likely to get an M rating. The game is also purported to heavily promote the eating of chimichangas, D-Pool’s favorite food.
Deadpool is developed by High Moon Studios, a subsidiary of Activision, and makers of the Transformers: War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron games.
