Playstation 2 visual novel turned anime, Hiiro no Kakera finished its season airing last Sunday, with additional news in tow.
Hiiro no Kakera season 2 is confirmed to air this coming October 2012.
The Hiiro no Kakera official twitter account has also confirmed its season 2 run on the same day the 1st season ended. This confirms YTV’s previous claim of the series to have 26 episodes, though the episode count was immediately pulled (together with episode counts of ZETMAN and Uchuu Kyoudai).
Hiiro no Kakera is originally an otome game/visual novel for the Playstation 2. It tells the story of a teenage girl, Kasuga Tamaki, visiting a village from her memories. She soon finds herself caught in unexplained and supernatural situations.
